E-Billing

This system is an addition to the web hosting system.

Again, its primary function is to assist Credit Control department’s workloads through the added benefits of their customers solving their own documentation queries by accessing the PHD system themselves.

The customer can request permission to use the system through the client website by means of an online registration form.  That application is vetted by the client and then either accepted or declined. This notification is then sent to the customer.  If accepted an additional encrypted password will be mailed out by the client to the customer for insertion when first logging on to their account.

Once logged on the customer can then see every document which has been allowed by the client such as:

  • Invoices
  • Statements
  • Credit Notes
  • Final Demands
  • Proof of Deliveries

An email notification is sent to the customer whenever new documents are available.

  • Customers can view and print off locally

Again, all images and databases are held and maintained on PHD systems at the PHD primary site and its second PHD contingency site for Disaster Recovery purposes.

Images can be held by PHD for up to 6 years plus current year.
