Web Hosting

The PHD Web Hosting system is predominantly designed for the Transactional Billing market place.  

Its primary function is to assist Credit Control departments, although this has been rolled out to include client branches, with client customer account queries such as copy:

• Invoices
• Statements
• Credit Notes
• Final Demands
• Proof of Deliveries

On such requests, the credit department can access the system via a web browser.
The customer-requested documents can then be searched for using a variety of criteria such as:

• Account Number
• Invoice Number
• Proof of Delivery Number
• Company Name
• Address

The retrieved document then can be either:

• Printed off locally and mailed out
• Emailed directly to the customer
• E-Faxed directly to the customer

All images and databases are held and maintained on PHD systems at the PHD primary site and its second PHD contingency site for Disaster Recovery purposes.

Images can be held by PHD for up to 6 years plus current year.
